ORNATE BRONZE PLAQUE WITH CENTRAL OVAL SECTION FLANKED BY TWO FIGURES AND SURMOUNTED BY CONCAVE-HEADED TOP. INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF. BIPLANE FLANKED BY A TANK AND A SHIP DEPICTED IN LOW RELIEF AT THE TOP OF THE PLAQUE. BANNER BELOW THEM. TWO WINGED FIGURES FLANK THE LIST OF NAMES, LEFT ONE HOLDS A TRUMPET AND RIGHT HAND ONE HOLDS A SWORD. BOTH STAND ATOP A PLINTH. TWO DRAPED UNION FLAGS ARE AT THE BASE. AT THE BASE OUTER CORNERS ARE TWO ARTILLERY PIECES
