Historical Data:
Tuesday 14th March 1944. After a break of two weeks, the Luftwaffe returned to bomb London. 140 aircraft attacked the city but failed to cause any significant damage. A number of properties were damaged in Islington. Benwell Road and Courtney Road were hit with the loss of 26 lives.
