Details for: Air raids on Thursday 20th March 1941


Historical Data:
Thursday 20th March 1941. Plymouth and Devonport were the main targets this night, with a secondary attack of 32 aircraft against London between 2015 and 2155 hours. The docks were again the target, as for the previous night. Damage, however, was not of consequence. A number of properties were damaged in Islington. Alsen Road, Kelvin Road, Mentone Road and Mountford Crescent, Barnsbury Square were hit with the loss of 24 lives.
