On the right are listed the individual events and incidents, such as battles or air raids. Historical Data:
Sunday 10th November 1940. Daytime activity was very quiet, but from 1800 raids commenced against London. Activity from that time onwards was intense and many boroughs received damage. There were over 100 fatalities in London, with 33 elsewhere. A number of properties were damaged in Islington. Fairbridge Road, Girdlestone Road, Hornsey Road and Windermere Road Shelter were hit with the loss of 12 lives.
