Historical Data:
Thursday 7th November 1940. Daylight raids concentrated upon convoys and coastal towns. By night London was again the main target, along with small scale attacks in the Midlands and Penzance. It would appear that, in London, the primary targets were the railways, St. Pancras was badly damaged, lines at Kensal Green blocked, and a further eight incidents on the Southern Railway. 76 Londoners were killed and four elsewhere. A number of properties were damaged in Islington. Cross Street and Hamilton Park were hit with the loss of five lives.
